The Honolulu Rail Transit project is a 20 mile elevated rail project consisting of 21 stations which will connect West Oahu with downtown Honolulu. The construction project team retained DC Engineering Group to audit maintenance of traffic operations consisting of plan review and field implementation scenarios. DC Engineering conducted the MOT operations audit and presented proposed mitigations to both the construction operations team and the owner HART.
